AI Generated Content Legal Framework

This document defines a legal framework governing the use of artificial intelligence systems for the creation, modification, and distribution of digital content. This framework is based on the terms and conditions of the third party AI platforms and software tools used to generate such content.

All outputs produced using these tools are subject to the licensing rules, intellectual property policies, and usage limitations of the respective AI platforms.

User Responsibility for Input Content

Any text, images, video, audio, likenesses, trademarks, designs, or other materials submitted into AI systems must be owned by the user or properly licensed for use.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that all input materials comply with copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity laws.

Third Party Intellectual Property

AI Output Disclaimer

No guarantee is provided regarding originality, exclusivity, or non infringement of AI generated outputs. All outputs are provided as is.

The user assumes full responsibility for reviewing, clearing, and legally validating all AI generated content prior to any commercial use, distribution, or monetization.

Indemnification and Risk Allocation

The user agrees to assume all legal and financial responsibility for any claims, damages, disputes, or losses arising from the use of AI generated content or the materials provided as input.

Any liability arising from copyright, trademark, likeness, or data violations rests solely with the user.

Platform Terms Supremacy

All content generation, modification, and export are governed by the terms of service, licenses, and usage rules of the AI platforms used.

If any conflict exists between this framework and the terms of an AI platform, the platform terms shall prevail.

No Warranty

AI generated outputs are delivered without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of originality, fitness for purpose, or non infringement.

Data and Privacy

All personal data, images, voice recordings, and likenesses submitted into AI systems must be provided with proper legal consent. The user is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Demonstration and Test Content

Some content may be generated for testing, demonstration, or evaluation purposes only. Such content is not intended for commercial use unless rights have been verified.

Legal Jurisdiction

All use of AI generated content is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the user operates, as well as the governing law of the AI platforms providing the services.
